Assembly

Our lodges are delivered on a pre-arranged day and assembled on your base by our expert fitters.

To protect your lodge from all that the British weather has in store, we recommend that you protect the outside of your lodge with Sadolin, Ronseal or Cuprinol using at least 2 coats initially and then an annual coat thereafter.
The floor inside can be protected to make it easier to clean but must be a breathable varnish or coating as it will may get wet from time to time and will need to breath to dry out.
The interior can be left natural or stained to your own taste.
We would be happy to arrange for your lodge to be treated prior to assembly if you so wish (Please ask for a quote).

What’s include

All our lodges come complete with: Double gazed windows and door. Fitted wooden floor. Choice of roof colours. Central barbecue with wooden table surround and chimney. Reindeer skins A selection of traditional Lapland style furnishings including a clock, plates, coasters, bottle opener and BBQ tongs.

What’s not included

You will need to provide a level concrete base (or similar) with air vents for your lodge to sit on. See plans and sizes

We have connected electricity to our own lodge so we can enjoy music and soft lighting. We also plan to buy cushions, rugs a small fridge and other small items of furniture to make it even cosier and more convenient for us to use.
