Join us on Saturday, 8th March 2025, for the “Fire & Flavour Fest” hosted at the UK BBQ School in Cullompton. 

A unique opportunity to learn BBQ cookery skills from the BBQ King, Marcus Bawdon. Marcus, owner of the UK BBQ School, is passionate about outdoor cooking and eager to share his expertise to inspire confidence in your BBQ skills especially in BBQ Huts and Lodges.

During the event, Marcus will lead two interactive cookery demonstrations, where he’ll be firing up the grill for a Middle Eastern-inspired feast. Expect grilled lahmacun, spiced lamb flatbreads, ember-cooked chickpeas, and smoky baba ghanoush – all cooked over open flames in an authentic Grillkota BBQ Lodge.

Spaces in the cookery demos are limited and booking for the demos is highly recommended to avoid disappointment.
