Our luxury rooms are manufactured in the UK and come fully fitted with thermal insulation, electrics (including plugs, dimmable LED lights and consumer unit), composite post base system (a concrete base may be required for gyms), double glazed doors and windows, laminate flooring, exterior stain and internal painting. We really do take care of everything – your only job is choosing from our wide range of finishes!

Builds typically range from 1 to 3 days and when we’re finished your room is completely decorated and ready to go! Our show site based just outside of Taunton, has a fully built garden room ready for you to explore as well as our wide range of finishes.
